Cricket format explained
To make the right decisions when betting on different cricket formats, you need a clear understanding of each format.
T20
20 overs per team, typically a 3-4 hour game. High-scoring and exciting — ideal for innings betting, top batter and bowler markets.
One-Day (ODI)
50 overs per team, a full day's play. Match winner, total runs and partnership markets are especially popular.
Test
The longest format, played over five days — a test of strategy and patience. You can bet on the match result across three options including a draw.
The Hundred
100 balls per innings, the fastest format. Played in the English league, particularly popular with new bettors.
Major leagues: BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL (Indian Premier League), BBL (Big Bash League) and PSL (Pakistan Super League) — betting markets are available for matches in each league.
Types of slot games
Each slot type offers a different experience — find out which one suits you.
Classic slots
Traditional 3-reel slots featuring fruit and bar symbols. Simple rules, lower stakes — ideal for getting started. Check out Pragmatic Play's classic range.
Video slots
Modern 5-reel slots packed with themes, animations and bonus features. PG Soft and Pragmatic Play titles like Fortune Tiger or Gates of Olympus fall into this category.
Jackpot slots
A portion of every bet is added to a pooled prize. NetEnt and Microgaming progressive jackpot slots offer the chance for a massive win.
Megaways Slots
The number of reels changes with every spin, creating thousands of ways to win. PG Soft's Mahjong Ways and Mahjong Ways 2 fall into this category.
Cascading Reels
After a win, the symbols disappear and new ones drop in, making multiple wins possible in a single spin. Pragmatic Play's Sweet Bonanza uses this mechanic.
Cluster Pays
You win when a set number of matching symbols land next to each other — grid-based instead of line-based. Some titles from NetEnt and Microgaming work this way.
How to Read Odds
Understanding betting odds is the first step for every successful bettor. Here is a simple explanation.
Decimal Odds (Most Common)
Odds of 1.80 means you get ৳1.80 back for every taka wagered. Example: if you bet ৳500 and win, you get back ৳500 × 1.80 = ৳900 (profit ৳400). This is the most widely used format in Europe and Bangladesh.
Implied Probability
Calculating the chance of winning from the odds: 1 ÷ 1.80 × 100 = 55.5%. This means the bookmaker believes the probability of this outcome is around 55%. If you think differently, that is where the opportunity lies.
| Format | Example | Return on ৳500 bet |
|---|---|---|
| Decimal | 1.80 | ৳900 |
| Fractional | 4/5 | ৳900 |
| American | -125 | ৳900 |
Bankroll Management Guide
Proper money management is the foundation of responsible gaming. Following the guidelines below makes it easier to keep enjoying the experience over the long term.
Set a Budget
Set aside only what you are comfortable losing each week or month. This amount is an entertainment expense — not an investment.
Divide Into Sessions
Split your total budget into smaller sessions. If your weekly budget is ৳2,000, use ৳400–500 per session.
The 1–5% Betting Rule
Place a maximum of 1–5% of your total bankroll on each bet. This reduces the risk of consecutive losses and gives you more time to play.
Stop After a Big Win
After a big win, withdraw a portion of it. Move away from the mindset of "I'll play with my winnings" — all money has equal value.
Respect Your Loss Limit
When your session budget runs out, stop for the day. Avoid the temptation to bet more to recover losses — that is the biggest mistake.
Responsible Gaming Tools
tk999a believes it is our responsibility to create a safe and healthy gaming environment.
Self-Exclusion
Option to temporarily or permanently close your account. Activate it through support whenever needed.
Deposit Limits
Set your own maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount.
Loss Limits

Session Time Limit
Decide in advance how long you will play — you will receive an automatic reminder when the time is up.
Reality Check
Pop-up reminders at regular intervals — stay aware of how long you have been playing and how much you have spent.
Self-Assessment Quiz
Find out whether your gaming habits are healthy — a self-assessment questionnaire is available through support.
