Bonuses and Promotions

tk999a offers various bonuses and promotional offers for both new and existing members. Each bonus has its own terms.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To qualify for this bonus, the first deposit must be at least ৳200.

Example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳42,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 → Total balance ৳62,000

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be used once, unless the promotion description states otherwise.
• Placing bets on prohibited games using bonus funds may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the account will be closed.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If a bonus is not used before it expires, it will be automatically cancelled.

VIP Program

The tk999a VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular play and receive weekly cashback benefits.

• Accessing or using another person's account
• Using hacking, malware, or any automated software
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds
• Creating or operating an account using a false identity
• Collecting or using other members' personal information
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures
• Attempting to unfairly influence the outcome of any game

Account Suspension and Closure

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Providing false information
• Age-related deception
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

Account Closure Request by a Member

You may request closure of your account at any time through our 24/7 live chat. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance (subject to all wagering requirements being met).

Responsible Gaming
